) * Move InstallDriver to config to match RemoveDriver Moves InstallDriver to config since it makes more sense for it to be there as we already have RemoveDriver. This is a step in making InstallDriver and RemoveDriver overridable by tests. - Moves Manifest to config - Moves platformTuple init to config, adds exported getter PlatformTuple() - Moves inflateTarball to config as InflateTarball (w/ TODO to unexport once we refactor sync) - Refactors code to use new config.InstallDriver, config.Manifest, etc
