Updated version of Joshua Wright's cpscam utility located at http://www.willhackforsushi.com/code/cpscam.pl.

I added support for setting the ethernet interface and captive portal logoff URL on the command line.

perl cpscam.pl <ethX> <ListenIP> <SubnetMask> <InactivityTimeout> <CaptiveLogoffURL>
