Another Windows GUI for Clash

.NET Framwork 4.7.2+ required

1. download at this page
2. unzip
3. create dir C:\Users\{user_name}\.config\clash
4. put your config.yaml in the dir
5. double click ClashNet.exe to start
6. enjoy!
