Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

I'm logged into multiple accounts across multiple hosts. When I want to create a repo, I want to make sure that I'm doing it in the right place. Right now, the gh repo create prompts all refer to performing the task "on GitHub". This isn't necessarily wrong, but it doesn't tell me which one.

Proposed solution

I'd like to propose that we replace "on GitHub" to "on <host>" to be clear as to where the action is being performed.
