Planned maintenance mode #1209

Hey everyone,

I am going to have very little time for clean-css going forward thus I decided to put clean-css and clean-css-cli into maintenance mode effectively March 31st 2022.

I still want to pull remaining changes for the final clean-css 5.3 release before the deadline.

Unless something changes, going forward I will:

• only apply bugfixes to 5.3 branch;
• say NO to any new features;
• try to fix issues with incompatible CSS syntax changes.

That's it. Having a stable piece of software, which performs well, and says NO to new features is nothing bad, so don't be afraid to lose what you already have.
