To install the dependencies:

libxml++ requires libxml2 and glibmm-2.4

Install libxml++2.6-dev:
  sudo apt-get install libxml++2.6-dev

You can also install from the source:
  ./configure
  make
  make install
	 
Install libcurl3-dev:
  sudo apt-get install libcurl3-dev
	
To run unit tests, install libcppunit-dev:
  sudo apt-get install libcppunit-dev

Type 'make' in the root source directory.
