I'm using the Jira integration to populate DORA metrics and I haven't been able to figure out how to remove incidents from the DevLake/Grafana side of things. For context, we have some incidents created for testing and some that are false positives. I've tried deleting the work items as well as changing the work item type, but the data seems to persist in DevLake/Grafana.

I know this can be done directly via the DB, but we have users who need to be able to do this without DB access. Does this functionality exist?

Did you try the Full Refresh approach in the project detail page?

I didn't actually see that option anywhere. Is it the Re-Transform Data option shown in this screenshot?
