GitHub's GraphQL author field comes back null when the account behind a comment/review/PR/issue has been deleted (the "ghost" user), but we type it as non-null and read author.login directly. One comment from a deleted account is enough to throw Cannot read properties of null (reading 'login'), which fetchGitHubData swallows into a generic Failed to fetch PR/issue data — so the whole run dies instead of skipping that one comment.

The filterCommentsByActor path only runs when include_/exclude_comments_by_actor is set, so anyone following the docs' exclude_comments_by_actor: '*[bot]' example hits this deterministically. The formatter path crashes regardless.

Fix: make author nullable on the four types where GitHub can return null, and fall back to "ghost" (GitHub's own name for deleted accounts) at each login read. Since the type is now nullable, tsc flags every dereference — so this covers all of them, not just the one in the traceback.

Tests: regression cases in data-fetcher.test.ts and data-formatter.test.ts covering the filter path (no crash; ghost treated as a normal login for include/exclude) and formatter output for comments, reviews, and issues.

GitHub's GraphQL author field is null when the account behind a
comment, review, PR, or issue has been deleted (the ghost user). The
action typed author as non-null and read author.login directly, so a
single comment from a deleted account threw and was swallowed into a
generic 'Failed to fetch PR/issue data', failing the entire run.

Make author nullable on the four affected types and fall back to
'ghost' at each login read. With the type nullable, tsc flags every
dereference, so all sites are covered.
