Update example projects with release 3.1 #1116

Issue body actions
- In maven and gradle projects only the version numbers need to be updated
- in the Eclipse project, we should replace the jars
- in the RoboGuice example, we should also update to RoboGuice 2 (Upgrade to RoboGuice 2 #983)
