For any clarification I do not think WSA has the feature implemented but I desire to be aware of when it is implemented (if not already) how to rotate an application from portrait mode to landscape mode.

Be aware this has nothing to do with AUTO rotate. This has to do with manually forcing an application to open in landscape mode or portrait mode depending on user preference and/or manually switching between landscape or portrait.
This is a similar feature implemented into Android OS. Works by moving your phone than tapping the button. But what if you don't have a Gyro because you're using PC?
