All results in query return undefined if first record is undefined

If the first result in a set of queries comes back undefined, the rest of the results also return undefined.

I'm experiencing this here in TileStream. If a tileset begins at zoom_level 0, it behaves as expected, but if the tileset starts at higher zoom level, the results of all zoom levels will be undefined.
