重构导航页为开发者工具导航「大雨指路」

- 将设计师导航全面改造为开发者工具导航
- 新增分类：AI工具、常用链接、常用工具、开发文档、代码托管、技术社区、API调试、运维监控、学习资源、娱乐
- 使用 Google Favicon API 自动获取网站图标
- 左上角 logo 改为文字「大雨指路」
- 根页面去掉多语言跳转，直接进中文版
