Currently exporting a 2D (Skia) application with Polytools requires it to include many Stride DLLs

I think it will always need one or two stride DLLs because some overlap between gamma core and stride mathematics core like int2.
But should be able to avoid including most of this.

Only noticed this behaviour because of an unrelated export bug
