Hi,

I recently moved from TablePlus to TablePro, thank you for creating this great open-source alternative!

I had a couple of suggestions/questions after using it for a while. I often work with many open connections and schemas, so I thought the following could improve the workflow:

1. Connection sidebar / workspace separation

It would be great to have a single TablePro window with a sidebar to switch between connections (similar to the idea in the screenshot below), while keeping tabs scoped to the currently selected connection.

That would create a cleaner separation between workspaces and reduce clutter. For example, when switching to a connection, I’d only see the table tabs associated with that specific connection.

2. Schema search placement

I also feel the schema search could be moved to the bottom of the table sidebar (similar to TablePlus). To me, that placement feels slightly more intuitive and natural from a UI perspective.

Curious to hear your thoughts, do these ideas make sense, or has something similar already been considered?
