This allows declaration of ContextFieldSuppliers and Log4jContextFieldSuppliers via SPI. The newly introduced order is respected when the suppliers are executed. The old mechanism with XML configuration is retained. Signed-off-by: Karsten Schnitter <k.schnitter@sap.com>

Adapt approach for Logback and introduce it for Log4j as well.
