Describe the bug
When ADLXWrapper is enabled, FanControl continuously creates new "ADLX Service" processes while it is running.

Shortly after launching FanControl, the number of ADLX Service processes begins to increase over time. After closing FanControl, these processes remain running instead of terminating. They are only removed after restarting Windows.

Disabling ADLXWrapper completely prevents the issue.

I confirmed that the ADLX Service executable is the one provided by the AMD display driver (DriverStore).

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable ADLXWrapper.
2. Launch FanControl.
3. Open Task Manager.
4. Wait a short time.
5. Observe that the number of "ADLX Service" processes gradually increases.
6. Close FanControl.
7. The ADLX Service processes remain running.

Expected behavior
FanControl should not continuously create new ADLX Service processes. Only the required process(es) should be created, and they should terminate when FanControl exits.

Actual behavior
The number of ADLX Service processes gradually increases while FanControl is running. After FanControl is closed, those processes remain running until Windows is restarted.
