Hi,

I'm importing v6.0.0 as a base image in Docker and I found that I couldn't use apt-get like I did with v5.27.1.
After inspecting the image I see that it's running Alpine instead of Debian.

I see that there's a GItHub Actions workflow that builds both Alpine and Debian so I'm wondering if perhaps there needs to be a split tag where we can specify the distro such as v6.0.0-debian?

The base image I'm using:
ghcr.io/project-osrm/osrm-backend:v6.0.0

Thank you,
Aaron
