Motivation
PowerShell Committee concluded to remove BuildVersion property from
$PSVersionTableas unneeded - now we use newGitCommitIdproperty.Fix
Remove BuildVersion from PSVersionHashTable and PSVersionInfo types and replace
BuildVersionwithGitCommitIdin codes.
