The MSI currently pops a UAC prompt with the name "PowerShell Packages" because of the "Subject" set in the file properties. at sign-time:
That looks sketchy on the UAC prompt, so we should make it something like "PowerShell Core Installer" (or "PowerShell Core MSI"? )
