Summary of the new feature
From the "There is no One True Brace Style" discussion it seems a lot of people, including me, likes OTBS with else on a new line.
In vscode-powershell one can't use a preset and override a setting it defines. Thus getting this code style in VSCode currently, one have to use:
vscode-powershell
{ "powershell.codeFormatting.preset": "Custom" }
then define all settings one by one.
Proposed technical implementation details (optional)
Add a new formatting preset for OTBS with else on a new line.
