• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version

Steps to reproduce

I am setting up a fresh install and I set up the openai-gpt agent per the instructions, I edit the JSON file and close it and then hit /refresh to make sure the config is taken. However the instructions still appear after the first time I do /refresh with valid config; making it appear my config isn't valid despite being so.

Expected behavior

Start openai-gpt agent
configure the agent json file
Go back to open session run /refresh
Instructions no longer appear signifying successful config

Actual behavior

Start openai-gpt agent
configure the agent json file
Go back to open session run /refresh
Instructions still appear despite valid config
