Describe the change

Would it be possible to specify inclusion or exclusion rules for PsScriptAnalyzer for the Test-PSModule module as is currently possible with the “.powershell-psscriptanalyzer.psd1” config file for super-linter? From what I understand in the “Test-PSModule” source code, you don't use super-linter.
