If click timing is set to use only the first XX samples in real time procesisng mode, then the resulting waveforms saved to the binary files are corrupt. When opened in viewer mode the waveforms appear wrong, either with no data or completely out of phase, although the bearing information etc. is correct. If these waveforms were to be reprocessed in viewer mode than the correct bearings etc. would be lost.
