There are some affordances to non-Linux platforms throughout the history of this project. However, today the probes don't work well on Windows in 1.3 (the version to official support it) and last I checked project only builds on macOS if you disable the probes.

It's worth a shot to see if it builds, but sadly if it fails I would not be too surprised.
