Do we want to archive past meeting notes (happy to do that manually for now, this is a culture/knowledge question rather than an automation question)?

By "archive", do you mean "close" the discussions? I personally never go back to them (even in the core specification), except when search surfaces them. So I wouldn't mind them being "hidden". Also that might encourage people who want to start a discussion, but from looking at the list might think it's reserved to the meeting agendas for now.

General consensus on the call today (with @mikekistler and @ralfhandl ): let's close the meeting discussions after a couple of weeks like we do on the main spec repository (with issues) so they get out of the way.
