Cleanup: remove several obsolete maintenance scripts and icon assets, adjust frontend imports, and add a mobile dispatch case. - Removed maintenance scripts and metadata (e.g. BUILD_STATUS.txt, UPDATE_LATEST.md, fix_double_menu.py, restore_menus.py, update_mobile_settings.py, update_ui_fixes.py, tags.txt) and unused icon files. - Simplified frontend/src/App.svelte imports by removing parseMarkdown (unused). - Added a "CreateFolder" case in mobile/mobile.go dispatch to forward folder creation to app.CreateFolder. - Updated teleghost binary (bundled executable) as part of this change. This tidies the repository by removing outdated automation scripts and enables folder creation via the mobile platform dispatch.
