Description
As part of improving the VS validation, we need to fix up our E2E tests so that they're something we can rely on.
After this change, I think most of the failing tests are actually failing or they're impacted by this migration issue with website projects.
I'll do that in a separate PR, but at this point I'd lean towards disabling those tests and making the pipeline green and something we can rely on.
