Adds a number of functionality fixes, features, and customization settings.

Notable changes:

• Basic customization settings
• Date & Time now follows strftime format
• Adds extra distro logos
• Updates license from GPL2 to GPL3

Bugfixes:

• Prevents the issue where a user would be unable to login after using lightdm as a lockscreen.
• Properly respect wallpaper directory settings.

• (Almost) All non-essential theme parts now visually toggleable
• Date formatting (follows strftime)
• Time formatting (follows strftime)
• Global base font-size
• Window border radius
• Text alignment

The Themes, Function, and Presets menus are disabled while they undergo further development.
