Describe the bug
I cannot publish a level in LBP 1 (i.e. after clicking on "Publish" i see the level icon colored in red)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any level in moon in LBP 1.
2. Move to the page containing "Publish" button.
3. Select Publish
4. Level is now visible on Earth in red color with X doing nothing.

Expected behavior
Level should be normally colored and publishable, as it happens in LBP 2.

Additional context
Using version e593d5c without any modification, on a 64 bit Raspberry Pi 3b+. Problem is present since config version 13. No settings have been altered from any yml files and redis-server + mysql are running.
