Added a simple sprite editor, this won't replace the god tier pixel editor but it's something nice for a quick change or if you like something simple.

Virus Scan:

• Added exporting spritesheet metadata for slicing
  

• Added slicing tool that can use the metadata
  

I stopped compiling as a one file because anti-viruses hate it. Some still hate the non-one version so you can't will them all.
You can always run the python file yourself if you pip install pillow.
