Proxies jackbox.tv to a custom domain using Cloudflare Workers

Currently available at: https://jackbox.joshheng.co.uk

1. Deploy cloudflareworker.js to a Cloudflare worker - this will be the main domain that clients connect to

• Jackbox Decider by Spilth (Website) - lists all the Jackbox games depending on how many players you have

Although this project shouldn't need any further changes, Pull Requests and Issues are welcomed
