To develop a system which will extract student data from gazette file and give users a excel file of student data which includes student’s enrollment numbers, names, seat numbers and the most important field marks and also system generates the result analysis according to teachers demand. The system will take GAZZETE (pdf) file containing result and convert it into HTML file, as an input fetch data from HTML file and store it into our database. Then it will retrieve the data from the database, perform analysis of data and produce result accordingly. It will return the result data and also analysis of students result in excel format.
