Sorry for my lack of knowledge, but can you explain a little more: What are "https-everywhere-checker" messages? Why are they obsolete? How does this fix that? How does a re-activated ruleset effect this? Thank you! You're answers will save me a lot of time reviewing this PR. |

Related to #11561 (comment), https-everywhere-checker disable & comment rulesets in full-fetch test, like https-everywhere/src/chrome/content/rules/Zoomerang.xml Lines 3 to 6 in 7e4193f the checker also reactivate |
