Thank you for this great package.
I was wondering if you could give your advise on pre-filtering of the gene matrix.
I have matrix with TPMs. Currently I only kept genes with a count of 10 or higher in a minimal group of samples (standard DESEQ2 vignette filtering).
Do you have any suggestion on this?

Also I understand that the use of vst-transformed counts is not recommended, correct? So far I used TPMs.
