Howdy, I'm Alex ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ˜

I'm a senior software engineer with experience building and maintaining asynchronous programs in Python, Golang, and Rust. I leverage my engineering and project management backgrounds to deconstruct complex problems and drive them to resolution.

When I'm not at the computer, I bake (usually tasty) cookies ๐Ÿช and lift (not usually heavy) weights ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚.

I'm currently building and maintaining integrations at Estuary; check out my work here.

Before Estuary, I built Willow, an open-source, self-hosted framework for creating log-based change data capture pipelines without requiring in-depth technical knowledge or expertise. Read more about Willow here!
