Keep alert-config update IDs resolvable
For /alert/config/update, the template now references [id], but this entry only extracts type and title from the request body. Since the operation-log formatter does not replace placeholders that were not collected, alert config updates will be recorded with a literal [id] in the detail. Add id to bodyKeys or keep the template aligned with the collected fields.
