and it’s not just tests passing. We’re differential fuzzing against Node. We’re fuzzing runtime APIs. We’re fuzzing system calls. We’re scanning for security vulnerabilities. We’ve made a lot of improvements to memory usage and bugfixes for edgecases that weren’t in the tests.
If you have Claude Code installed you're running software that uses the new (unreleased) version of Bun that's been rewritten in Rust - here are two commands you can run to see that for yourself

For me this outputs Bun v1.4.0 (macOS arm64). The most recent release of Bun on GitHub is currently v1.3.14 from May 12th, so that v1.4.0 version number in Claude supports them shipping a preview of a not-yet-released Bun version.
