New Prepaid Activation Process Foreigner/Afghan Customer Having Passports/Visa / Pakistan Origin Card

Process Definition

This process would initiate when foreigner/afghan customer (having passport / VISA / Pakistan Origin Card) visits Zong CSC & Franchise to buy a new prepaid connection.

Note:

Pakistan Origin Card is to facilitate former Pakistani citizens who currently do not hold Pakistani nationality but have ever remained a Pakistani citizen in their lifetime. POC holders enjoy visa free entry in Pakistan.

Process for Sale @ CSC & Franchise:

Foreign / Afghan Customer will visit CSC or Franchise for the new sim activation along with below documents.

Documents Required

• For Foreigner: Original Valid Passport & Valid Visa / Pakistan Origin Card
• For Afghan: Original Valid Visa/Passport duly verified by notary public
• Below information is mandatory
  • Passport information
  • Visa / POC
  • FIA entry stamp
  • CSAF form signed by the customer and CSR
• Optional: Attested photocopy of valid Visa/Passport (For Afghan Only)
