An apology to Dr Said M-Rikaby
On 26 May to accompany a court report concerning a sexual assault charge (of which the defendant was cleared) we published a photograph, provided to us by Wales News Service, of Dr Said M-Rikaby, which wrongly identified him as the defendant.

We would like to make clear that Dr M-Rikaby had nothing whatsoever to do with either the trial or any criminal charges and we would like to offer him our sincere apologies for any distress caused.
