Our article “Anger as coachload of people from Bolton heads to Tenby after being forced to leave Porthcawl”, published on 22 September 2020 reported that a coachload of people from Bolton had travelled 'all the way from Bolton' to Porthcawl, and were heading to Pembrokeshire.

James Haskell - an apology

On Sunday, October 21, we quoted James Haskell recalling in a podcast that he picked up a female member of the Royal Family whilst drunk at Zara Phillips' and Mike Tindall's wedding, wanting to take her home with him and was told to put her down by armed police. In fact, James Haskell has asked us to make clear that the person he picked up was in fact a male member of the Royal Family . We apologise to him for this error.

IPSO upholds child’s privacy complaint against South Wales Evening Post

Following the publication of an article headlined “Safety alert after youth stole life ring” on 3 July 2017, a man complained to the Independent Press Standards Organisation that the South Wales Evening Post breached Clause 2 (Privacy) and Clause 6 (Children) of the Editors’ Code of Practice.
