I've had galaxies for quite some time I typically do not upgrade until I break one. This is by far the worst Galaxy I've ever owned. Since day one the touch screen has never function properly always picking another widget other than the one I've pressed no matter how many times I have adjusted the screen it doesn't matter even with or without a screen protector. My messages randomly stopped working for no reason I sat at the store for a couple hours one day trying to sort the issue eventually I ended up having to switch to another platform just to cure the problem. I've noticed as of lately the battery tends to drain quickly one day and then the next day it lasts like it usually does. Speaker clarity is subpar if I'm not talking directly into the phone it will not pick up my voice I tend to use speaker quite a bit while working and it's impossible almost for people to hear me. When using the pen and functions correctly however the way it is laid out if I want to draw on a picture it screenshots the screenshot it does not let me write on just the photo itself I use this function quite a bit when drawing maps to areas that there are no coordinates. Long story short it is nowhere near worth the money and of all the galaxies that I've owned at least seven by now this has been the worst as far as functionality and usability and reliability. Yeah I forgot to mention that it crashes quite often and I have to restart. I do not play games I do not download thousands of apps this phone is strictly business.

I once loved my Sansung, and I wiuld usually choose Samsung over ios, but I am appalled at the forceful updates. It did not let ME choose as the consumer on how I want my phone to function. It was not optional to update my system, and I absolutely HATE it. My Samsung s24 ultra was functioning perfectly fine prior to the update that forcefully installed on May 2, 2025. It changed the look of everything on my phone, and the functionality, and as a consumer, I am extremely unhappy. Terrible choice to make functionality so much like an ios device, which I specifically choose to not purchase. There should be options for the look and function of the phone to be like the previous version. Please allow us customers to change things back. I hate the battery percentage look, I hate my clock on my home screen, I hate the change in the drop down menu, I hate that my apps look like bubbles, and many many other things. Terrible choice for Samsung, and many other customers feel this same way after minimal research.

This phone has a excellent display like most Galaxy phones. It's not much of an upgrade from the S23 Ultra but it's slightly better. Samsung continues to develop the best designed phones on the market.

I love this phone and the rounded edges and everything it has to offer. Do not go for the S25 as they went back to box like phone. I absolutely hate they didn't keep the design of the s22-s24. They took a step backwards on the new one.

This is a replacement for 24ultra I lost. Phone fine. Service was horrible multiple Visit/Calls/online and I cannot get over 300 phone #'s and lots of pictures off of cloud nothing but excuses I have had this number for over twenty years and have been a verizon customer forever Ready to leave.

I currently own a Galaxy S8, but was looking at the Galaxy 24 Ultra. The only thing I question is the statement that you need a new line. Does that mean a new cell number to replace the one I already have?

Promotions requiring a new line do require either a brand new number and line to be added to the acocunt or moved over to us from a different carrier.
