Lowestoft & Yarmouth RUFC

A community club covering Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Founded in 1879 L&Y are one of the oldest Rugby clubs in England. We offer Rugby from the age of 4 in the form of Tag Rugby we also offer Men's 15, Touch and Walking Rugby as well as Age Grade Rugby for Children between 6 and 17.
