FFAMix beat NASR; qualify for Asia Minor

FFAmix took NASR out in a marathon match on Dust2 (22-20), Nuke (23-25) and Inferno (16-14) to qualify for the Asia Minor through the MENA closed qualifier.

NASR made the Asia Minor MENA Closed Qualifier grand final through the upper bracket, knocking down Ramadanpeek, Aequus and NOM along the way.

FFAmix took the long way to the grand final, losing to Aequus in the first round of the bracket and then knocking five teams out of the tournament on their way to victory: Ramadanpeek, nonamer5, Aequus, NOM, and ultimately NASR.

Zerocool was one of the FFAMix players

The final saw two agonizingly close maps that went to double and triple overtime, Dust2 and Nuke, respectively, and a decider on Inferno that went down to the very last round of regulation, but an opening double by Flatron "⁠juanflatroo⁠" Halimi with a CZ75 crushed NASR's chances to take the third map into overtime.

The mix team was fueled by two Albanian FPL players, juanflatroo, who led the tournament with a 1.25 rating, and Dionis "⁠sinnopsyy⁠" Budeci. The two were played with Moustafa "⁠BLACKEAGLE⁠" Baghdadi, from Syria, Omar "⁠Jabz⁠" Jabbouri, from Lebanon, and Mohammad "⁠Zerocool⁠" Ahmad Issa Al-Adwan, from Jordan, who will now join Thailand's Alpha Red at the Asia Minor.

I'm pretty sure Jabz's lag was less because of his distance from the server and more just him having a faulty connection

Jabz is from lebanon of course he will lag if he plays on EU servers :3

no he won't i play on eu servers and get 75 ping every game and we have the worst internet in levant while jabz had more than 150 ping i saw them talking about loss in game chat
