G2's former analyst and technical coach, Niclas "⁠enkay J⁠" Krumhorn, has decided to look for new opportunities while under contract with the Spanish organization.

enkay J remains contracted by G2 and will continue working with the team until his contract expires, but he has expressed his wish to look for new opportunities and "new challenges" in his Twitlonger post.

The 28-year-old, who has mostly worked as an analyst for over two years, is looking to either continue his work in analyzing or to become the coach in another team.

enkay J is looking to part ways with G2

enkay J has been part of G2 since February 2017, after he had departed Envy alongside Nathan "⁠NBK-⁠" Schmitt, Dan "⁠apEX⁠" Madesclaire, and Kenny "⁠kennyS⁠" Schrub to create the lineup that would go on to stick together until March this year.

After Richard "⁠shox⁠" Papillon and Edouard "⁠SmithZz⁠" Dubourdeaux stepped down, the German became the team's technical coach, handling the team's preparation, before returning to his analyst role following the benching of apEX and NBK- in early June.

I don't know if an analyst is so important nowadays, there is nothing "so much different" in teams Strategies, map pool doens't change, the game "meta" isn't to complex to understand, All IGLs probably know the problems of his team, and everybody knows everybody in a high level game that is what matters in tournaments.

Swani had an independent contract with SK as far as I know. He wasn't dependant on the lineup, he's attached to the org, not the team. But there's a chance I'm wrong.

Yeah, you might be right. Hope he is free to leave then. Not sure who SK is signing afterwards, and i personaly doubt its NTC they just dont perform well enough for SK's Brand.

I agree. Personally, I hope they sign Space Soldiers. Team with potential and potentially breaking with the org. Wouldn't be cheap and I think they can achieve some things in the future.
