He was previously the representative for Kansas’s 8th congressional district as a Democrat from Dec. 7, 1931 to March 3, 1933; the representative for Kansas’s 8th congressional district as a Democrat from Dec. 5, 1927 to March 3, 1931; the representative for Kansas’s 8th congressional district as a Democrat from Dec. 7, 1925 to March 4, 1927; the representative for Kansas’s 8th congressional district as a Democrat from Dec. 3, 1923 to March 3, 1925; and the representative for Kansas’s 8th congressional district as a Democrat from Dec. 6, 1915 to March 3, 1921.
