He was previously the representative for Missouri’s 16th congressional district as a Democrat from Dec. 7, 1925 to March 4, 1927; the representative for Missouri’s 16th congressional district as a Democrat from Dec. 3, 1923 to March 3, 1925; the representative for Missouri’s 16th congressional district as a Democrat from Dec. 6, 1915 to March 3, 1921; and the representative for Missouri’s 16th congressional district as a Democrat from 1911 to March 3, 1915.
