Another exciting game was between first rankedTaiwan Beer and second-ranked Yulon Luxgen where Taiwan Beer (9-6) beat Yulon Luxgen (8-7) on the road 88-84 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Yulon Luxgen. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Yulon Luxgen was plagued by 31 personal fouls down the stretch. Gambian forward Joof Alasan (205-2002) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 15 rebounds. American forward Christian Anigwe (206, college: UC Davis) contributed with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Four Taiwan Beer players scored in double figures. American Brandon Moss (207-1994, college: LSUA) answered with a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!), 17 rebounds and 6 assists and international center Shao-Fu Lan (195-1997) added 11 points and 4 assists in the effort for Yulon Luxgen. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Taiwan Beer have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 9-6 record. Defending champion Yulon Luxgen keeps the second position with seven games lost. They share it with Changhua.
