Vacabularies are art work, in which can be done a lot of works with different themes and can be donne observations, various scientific studies, form the descriptive ones to the deep scientific ones. In our study we used this marvelous treasure of Albanian language, together with its features and occurences. Vocabularies are not only registrars of the word and phraseology, the lexicology treasure and semantics, but they play an important role in the dominnation of the albanian language and in the expansion of linguistic and communicating competencies. During the last century and the begining of this century, the vocabulary of albanian language has dramatically developed in all its aspects, developments that stand out in two directions: in the continous enrichment and the endurance to the foreing languages with which it is in contact, an endurance that mainly shows signs of alarms of threats.

In our paper we will talk about the whole process of standardization of the Albanian language, where it has gone through a long historical route, for almost a century.When talking about standard Albanian language history and according to Albanian language literature, it is often thought that the Albanian language was standardized in the Albanian Language Orthography Congress, held in Tirana in 1972, or after the publication of the Orthographic Rules (which was a project at that time) of 1967 and the decisions of the Linguistic Conference, a conference of great importance that took place in Pristina, in 1968. All of these have influenced chronologically during a very difficult historical journey, until the standardization of the Albanian language.Considering a slightly wider and more complex view than what is often presented in Albanian language literature, we will try to describe the path (history) of the standard Albanian formation under the influence of many historical, political, social and cultural factors that are known in the history of the Albanian people. These factors have contributed to the formation of a common state, which would have, over time, a common standard language.It is fair to think that "all activity in the development of writing and the Albanian language, in the field of standardization and linguistic planning, should be seen as a single unit of Albanian culture, of course with frequent manifestations of specific polycentric organization, either because of divisions within the cultural body itself, or because of the external imposition"(

The aim of this studies is to find the new words, in this case the new Albanian adverbs in the journal "Jeta e Re". The second aim is to analyse the contrastive and generative forms between Albanian and English structure. In this contrastive paper, we'll be focusing to studying the structure of Albanian's adverb and we'll try to give the proportion of them with English language's adverbs, using the generative schemes. By decomposing them in smaller components, we have concluded the adverbs of both languages in terms of word-formation. This study contains interests also for lexicon of Albanian language because during the comparison we have offered adverbs as models-examples which are not in the Albanian dictionary. Thus the most common adverbial construction in the Albanian language is done by adding the suffixshëm at the end of the nouns or subjects of the verbs, while in the English language by adding the suffix-ly at the end of the adjectives.

This studies or the aim of the research is to deals the generative " morphems, words or " simple or compound 1 " sentence. The flux of Anglicisms in Albanian language is a phenomenon of the last two decades. This paper investigates the impact of English on the Albanian language, a language contact phenomenon hitherto largely unexamined by Albanian and non-Albanian linguists alike. This contact mainly started as an indirect one at the beginning of the twentieth century, primarily via translations, the establishment of several educational institutions with the support of American and British associations and Albanian immigration into English-speaking countries. Several newspapers introduced a considerable number of Anglicisms into Albanian during the first half of the twentieth century, a good quantity of which “survived” even during the communist years of isolation. In the I.E. languages are atested various kinds of participles having stem-building suffixes in relation of the grammatical cathegory of tense and diatheses, but not all of them are attested in each I.E.language. In the course of the evolution, in Albanian verbal system, only the past passive participle, is inherited form the I.E. non-finite forms. The I.E. suffix-meno has reflected-m, the reflexes of-no, has yielded-n(ë)/rë, and I.E. suffix-to has reflected-të. In Albanian, the participal suffixes are added to the verbal stem, which are the same as that of the past. After the formal distinction of the participial adjectives from the mere participles through the pre-articulation and after the formation of the analytic perfect, the Albanian past participle has undergone to a restriction of its functions as a term of the sentence, and an extension of its use as an integral part of the analytic perfect forms on the other. As a result of this change, the participle suffixes have been reorganised as well. The article aims to analyse the developement of these suffixes, in their form-building role, and in their grammatical functions. Introfuction In the I.E. Languages are atested various kinds of participles having the following stem-building suffixes but not all of them are attested in each I.E.language. The Albanian verbal system has been almost completely reorganized in the course of its evolution. Beside some inherited forms, of course evolved, a set of other verbal forms has been created as well. This evolution, in most of its cases, has been carried out since the preliterary period. As a result of the great changes produced in the verbal system of the non-finite forms, Albanian has developed a set of non-finite forms of the verb, of which one is synthetic, whereas the others are analytic. For such a reorganization Albanian has utilized various means inherited from ancient times. The Albanian participle, as most of the Albanian morphological categories, seems to have undergone a far going development from early Indo-European forms. It is clearly seen that the suffixes are attached relatively later considering the phonetic developments at the end of the theme. Regarding the participle suffixes, it is clear that simple components of the Albanian participle, which are also the oldest, have not been uninterrupted reflexes of the respective Indo-European suffixes-mo,-no,-to, (see E. Hamp, 2007: 348, V. Orel, 2000: 938, K.Topalli, 2010: 455).
