Can you paste your shortcode here ? Is there any space between opening shortcode and <pre><code> ?

Are <pre><code> htmlencoded in your shortcode ?

Ok, it seem on your website, <p> are not added around <pre><code>, I’ll update the plugin soon, to solve your problem.
