After this change in Material UI: mui-org/material-ui#6115

• Dockerfile include terraformer version with all providers
• Script install providers on start container
• Manual in README about docker run command, include volume mounts for outputs, credentials and etc.

Similar to other ipam products (like Infoblox), a provider for Bluecat would be very nice.

The domains included in https://github.com/nccgroup/ScoutSuite/blob/master/ScoutSuite/providers/aws/rules/findings/route53-domain-transferlock-not-authorized.json are outdated, .io (and others) now support transfer lock.

Check to confirm CloudTrail is configured for multi-region.

Cloudprober supports building additional metrics (other than the default ones) from external probe output. We could possible do the same for HTTP probe.
